The condo has recently gotten a remodeled kitchen with new wood cabinets, tiled flooring, counter tops and stainless steel appliances. In the dining area there is a cozy spot for up to 6 persons and is encompassed within the open floor plan to be engaged with all of the activities.
The living room has comfortable seating, a sofa sleeper if there are smaller members traveling needing an extra spot to sleep. The gas fireplace and TV with DVD player for relaxation and access the private deck offers forest views from this ground floor unit. No air conditioning.
In the Master bedroom there is a queen bed and TV with an updated bathroom including dual vanity sinks and handicap accessible with roll-in shower. The second bedroom has a double size bunk bed so there is more room to stretch out than the typical bunk bed set up. A second full bathroom is in the main hallway.
In building 18 which is a short walk to the clubhouse and in the 15 – 20 cul de sac of the property. All guest can easily access the free town shuttle which will stop near the entrance of the main building.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
