A lovely, spacious and remodeled one bedroom offers a great spot for you and your family to enjoy the Winter Park area. There is hardwood flooring throughout for the true mountain lodge feeling accenting the mountain décor.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Additional spot to sleep is available on the sofa sleeper in the living room.
The building is located in the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac of the property for a short walk to the clubhouse and just steps from the free town shuttle stop. This unit is on second floor of this building.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
