Winter Park CO Vacation Rental Policies
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONFIRMATION AND VACATIONS INC POLICIES, AS DEMONSTRATED BY PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT, CONSTITUTES AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN RENTER AND STAYWINTERPARK TO RENT THE RESERVED ACCOMMODATIONS.
TRAVEL AGENTS: TO PROPERLY INFORM YOUR CLIENTS OF STAYWINTERPARK POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CLIENTS WITH A COPY OF THESE RESERVATION POLICIES.
RENTAL GUARANTEE: StayWinterPark reserves the right, without notice, to move you to a similar or upgraded rental property IF the original rental property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Whenever possible we will attempt to notify you in advance of your options.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate special requests, however, we cannot make any guarantees for bedding, view, floors, in unit amenities that included wi-fi access, private balconies; unit location or unit numbers.
DEPOSITS: An initial deposit equal to one night’s lodging is due at the time of booking. The final balance is due 21 days prior to arrival for any reservations that occur between May 1 and October 31. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for any reservations that occur between November 1 and April 30.
This includes all taxes, activities and any other charges. Whenever lodging is reserved within 21 days of arrival (for the months of May to October) or reserved within 30 days of arrival (for the months of November to April), the full balance is due at the time of booking. The final balance due will be the total lodging cost and the additional tax and civic assessment fees.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, personal checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do not accept debit cards as a form of payment.
CHANGES: Any changes made to the reservation 22 days or more prior to arrival date may be assessed a $25.00 Change Fee. Changes made within 21 days of arrival may be assessed a $50.00 Change Fee. These charges will apply only if we are able to make the requested changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any reservations that have dates of stay between May and October: Cancellations made outside of 22 days of arrival and after the initial deposit has been paid, are non-refundable. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival, all monies are non-refundable.
Any reservations that have dates of stay between November and April: Cancellations made outside of 31 days or arrival and after the initial deposit has been paid, are non-refundable. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, all monies are non-refundable.

NO SMOKING PERMITTED: All properties are designated NON SMOKING. A service charge of $250.00 will be imposed if any occupant in non-smoking units utilizes any type of smoking materials, incense or tobacco products.
NO PETS: StayWinterPark has a NO PET policy. The exception to this rule will be for “Service Animals” only. Definition of Service Animals are as follows: StayWinterPark welcomes guests who require the assistance of service animals within the definition ascribed by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Under the revised regulations, the definition of “service animal” is limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. StayWinterPark may exclude service animals only if the dog is out of control and the handler cannot or does not regain control; or the dog is not housebroken. Only if necessary, StayWinterPark may ask only two questions: (1) is the animal required because of a disability; and (2) what work or task has the animal been trained to perform? StayWinterPark will not make any other inquiries about an individual’s disability or the dog, nor shall StayWinterPark require proof of certification or medical documentation as a condition for entry.
ACTIVITIES: Payment policies and cancellation penalties for activity services are subject to the vendor’s specific policies. StayWinterPark. acts as an agent for the applicable vendors and is not responsible for any loss beyond the direct and immediate control of StayWinterPark.
HOUSEKEEPING: Prior to your arrival, your vacation rental is clean and furnished with fresh linens, towels and supplies. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available upon request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival for an additional fee. Please leave the rental property tidy by taking out your trash and putting the dishes in the dishwasher, in order to avoid an excessive cleaning charge.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on your arrival date. A credit card must be presented at check-in.

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. Any unapproved use of units after 10:00 a.m. will result in a minimum fee of $50.00.
Please respect the rights of the owners and other guests by obeying all the posted rules for each property. A fine up to $1,000.00 for noise ordinance violations could be applied should you not adhere to the quiet hours from 10:00 pm. until 8:00 a.m.
