This area flows into the main living room, which features additional plush sofas surrounding a second gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV for watching your favorite films or sports events, and access to the private outdoor hot tub, where you can relax and gaze at the starry skies. A bonus area includes two private patios, perfect for enjoying summer evenings or late afternoons amidst the forest.
On this level, the primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and a small gas fireplace to keep your toes warm during winter! The main bathroom is equipped with a spacious countertop and a full shower.
The upper level of the cabin showcases custom pine-paneled walls that enhance the hardwood flooring and exposed wood beams in the dining and kitchen areas. The cabin's location is just a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Grand Lake (1 mile), where you can explore a variety of dining options, live entertainment, and the beach and less than 2 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
Please note that the owner occasionally brings their dog - please inform us if you have someone traveling with allergies so we may perform extra cleaning measures for your group. There is also a security camera outside facing the driveway.
