Our home is located in Tabernash offering guests a perfect home base to explore all the outdoor activities and local attractions as it is centrally located to Winter Park (4 miles away), Granby (10 miles away) or Lake Granby and Grand Lake (20 minutes).
The home sleeps up to 10 guests on two interior levels, offers an enclosed sun room with some of the best mountain views you can ask for and is separated into two distinct wings of the home with their own personalities and features.
This mountain retreat spans over 4,000 square feet over two levels, it provides ample space for large gatherings as well as quiet moments of relaxation.
There is a primary bedroom on each wing of the home, plus two additional bedrooms in the main area and a sleeping loft, making this the perfect retreat for multiple families. The east wing of the home offers a king-sized bed with a work station, wood plank ceilings, gas fireplace, and sitting area - there is an additional loft with two twin beds up a small flight of stairs from the bedroom; please note, there is no door between the large bedroom and the upstairs loft making it great for families with young kids. The loft bedroom features a large area with a unique, custom-built remote car racing track - create your own games, competition and prizes! A full bathroom is accessible in the hallway.
A third bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed with a walkout patio featuring sweeping views of the nearly 2-acre wooded lot in the back.
On the lower level, a fourth bedroom, similarly has a queen-sized bed and walkout patio with views of the backyard.
The master bedroom suite is located on the last wing of the home for additional privacy with king-sized bed, full bathroom and access to the sun room that has an indoor hot tub and sitting area.
The main living area on the first floor is accented by an open 2nd-story loft offering magnificent views, a sitting area with custom chair swing, ceiling fan, and a great spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. The living area is adjacent to a main dining area that will seat up to six and provides easy access to a private patio.
Around the corner from this area is the gourmet kitchen, which includes heated concrete flooring. This area has numerous windows to enjoy the view, stainless steel appliances and a second dining area that will seat up to six. The main washer and dryer are also on this level.
Guest can utilize the 3-car heated garage for parking and there are 2 additional vehicles allowed in the driveway.
The home offers highspeed Starlink internet, boasting download speeds of up to 200 Mbps, making it great for work-stations. Please note that there is no air conditioning available, but the house stays cool in the summer with the crisp mountain air. All visitors are required to arrange their own transportation and it is recommended that guest have either AWD or 4 wheel drive during the winter season as there can be delays in the snow removed on the county road leading to the home.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a $200 fine per day.
