The primary level of the residence features a spacious floor plan, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and features a cozy Franklin stove that accepts real wood and a flat screen TV with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy a true cabin ambiance. Access to the large deck from this room provides a wonderful spot to enjoy the surrounding forest views, a BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor furnishings.
Adjacent to this area is the dining room and a gourmet kitchen. The dining area offers seating for up to ten guests and the Franklin wood stove. Extra folding chairs are in the closet The large gourmet kitchen is equipped with a kitchen island for easy meal prep, colorful cabinets and everything a chef will need to prepare meals for the whole family on vacation and two spots are the kitchen island and access to half bathroom.
The main level also offers a large bathroom with a new vanity and shower enclosure which is shared between the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and small work station. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed. A bonus amenity to enjoy during your stay is the dry sauna. The main laundry room also serves as a secondary entry point to the cabin with storage for your outdoor gear and hallway with access to the lower level patio.
The upper level features a large open second living room space with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and a queen bed for extra sleeping options. This area also has the third bedroom that is very spacious with a large closet and access to the second bathroom.
This residence is nestled within a cul-de-sac of a local neighborhood and outdoor parking for up to two vehicles. It is advisable to utilize a four-wheel drive or AWD vehicle during the winter season to ensure safe access to the road leading to the home. Guest can park 2 vehicles in the driveway and no parking in front of the garage.
Important for guest to note: There is a long term renter on site in the downstairs apartment. The tenant has access to the garage and lower level only.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association or use the wet sauna outside. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $500 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
