The second bedroom is equipped with a Captain’s bunk, offering a queen bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The third bedroom is an excellent choice for singles or a group of children wishing to share a special space, as it contains 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The second and third bedrooms have access to the full bathroom conveniently accessible from the main hallway.

The home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer just outside the primary suite. Guests can park 2 cars in the garage and 4 additional cars in the driveway. The garage also has a Rivian car charger for an additional fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or have a pet on or in the property.
