This 3 bedroom unit offers plenty of space for your and your family to stretch out and enjoy! The open floor plan features hardwood flooring throughout the living and kitchen spaces, which compliments the modern furnishings and ambiance. The remainder of the condo has newer carpeting. The living room has a ceiling fan for the warmer summer months, a comfortable sofa that surrounds the gas fireplace and flat screen television and offers a secondary sitting area which is perfect to enjoy reading a book, doing a crossword puzzle or enjoying the mountain views. With access to the private deck from this area you can view the slopes of Granby Ranch and enjoy a break to relax after your day of adventures. The dining area will seat up to eight guests and provides easy access to the fully equipped kitchen during meal times. The breakfast bar also has seating for up to three guests and a view of the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space.
The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tiled shower enclosure and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a wonderful spot for the kids in the group with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and access to the main hallway bathroom.
Additional amenities for you to take advantage of in the room is a washer and dryer, mud room at the entry for each storage of your outdoor gear. Elevator access to the unit as it is on the third floor of the building. Underground parking is available in the common garage and requires a parking pass and is only for 1 vehicle. Also a dedicated ski locker.
For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s location, there may be times of heavy snowfall that may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
NO SMOKING AND NOT PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or have a pet on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or have a pet on the property.

We can allow for one extra child in the room - please keep in mind that there are only towels and kitchen dishes for 8 people.
