A cabin themed getaway condo is perfect for families and more! This ground floor condo has a forest view and is only steps away from town or a short shuttle ride from the Winter Park Ski Resort.
The main living area provides hardwood flooring throughout and super comfortable furnishings to enjoy a spot near the gas fireplace and wooded view from the private patio. Gather your group for a full meal at the large dining table next to the large picture window. The kitchen offers a great way to save on dining in for all your meal needs and has been recently remodeled.
The master bedroom has Queen bed with en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has Queen bed and access to the full hallway bathroom.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed two nights at this Beaver Village condo, and we’d happily stay here again. The condo was comfortable and clean, with good mattresses and new fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchens. It’s a short drive to Winter Park, and the location is peaceful and quiet. Hot tub and pool are in a separate building. Communication was clear and all questions were answered promptly.

Lovely condo for our ski vacation
We had a wonderful time at this 2 bedroom condo for our ski vacation. The free ski shuttle came right outside our condo and picked us up and 5 minutes later, we were at the gondola at the base of Winter Park. Our girls loved the pool and we all loved the hot tubs and sauna after a big ski day. The condo was perfect for bringing all our own food. The condo in general was comfortable and cozy. We loved our stay here!!

Wonderful stay!
We do enjoyed the stay at the condo. Room for our whole family, perfect kitchen and warm fire. Pool and go tubs were great as well. Jumped right on the bus at the front door and were dropped off 50’ from the gondola at winter park resort; can’t get better than that.

My family and I had a wonderful time in this condo. Very comfortable and quiet.. One daughter and her husband slept in the master bedroom while my second daughter and her husband and children slept in the guest bedroom, and I slept on the pullout sofa bed in the living room, which was, very comfortable, and actually quiet as well when they shut the bedroom doors. The kitchen had all the amenities and sufficient space for us to cook, nice size table, where we had our meals, played card games, etc. We took the three kids, went down to the clubhouse and swam in the pool, lounged in the hot tubs, had a wonderful time. So convenient the next morning for the Winter Park ski resort shuttle bus to pull up right in front of our condo complex (once every half hour), and drop us off at the resort close to the gondola and chairlifts. , we took the shuttle back to our condominium complex at the end of the day after we finished skiing-easy!. So nice not having to look for a parking spot. I can’t say enough good about this condo – was perfect for our family.
