The lower level of the townhome features two bedrooms and a full bathroom conveniently located in the main hallway. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and the third bedroom contains a captain’s bunk with double on the button and twin on top.
The property offers several additional amenities, in-floor radiant heating throughout, including complimentary WI-FI, a one-car heated garage for parking, access to the complimentary town shuttle service, and a location that is conveniently near hiking and biking trails. Parking is limited to one vehicle: in the driveway directly in front of the property’s garage. Parking is not permitted anywhere else on the property. Improperly parked vehicles could result in a fine and/or towing.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
