Very nice rental. The unit was clean and the rental support was very responsive and is in a Great location. We have a minor issue trying to watch NFL football but was resolved by streaming the game. Internet is not the best but ok.

We loved our stay in Winter Park!! We definitely were not ready to leave and hope we can come back soon!! The home was perfect for our multi-family vacation of 17 people because it was so close to the alpine slide and Winter Park resort area which is where we had planned to spend some of our time. We truly enjoyed the hot tub. The space was very comfortable and felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed to take care of your family. Thank you again for an amazing vacation! We hope to be back soon.

We stayed for a week in late March at the Ski Haus with grandkids. The house is ideal for a family vacation. As advertised, it's not exactly ski in/ski out but close. It's a short walk across railroad tracks to the Winter Park base area and that worked fine for us. The house is well maintained and appointed and service by the management company was excellent.

This place is spacious, extremely well prepared & equipped. The kitchen especially has all you would ever need. There is excellent parking. There is a train nearby, but we scarcely noticed it. We went there for skiing & found the easiest way to the Winter Park slopes was to walk 8 to 10 minutes to the base area. The host is very responsive. Plus, we really enjoyed skiing at Winter Park. All in all, a beautiful home with excellent amenities.

This cabin was absolutely amazing. We came with 13 people and pets. It was perfect. It was in a beautiful location in the mountains. The cabin itself was beautiful and spacious. We loved being able to eat together at a huge table. We loved the games and puzzles as well as the hot tub. The management was great to help out with and early check in. There was space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other. There were so many fun activities to do in the nearby towns. We would love to come again!!!

This was one of the cleanest houses we’ve ever rented. It was comfortable and very very clean! The house provides enough space for a big family. We had our elderly grandma and aunt. They were comfortable and able to move around with ease. We ate breakfast on the deck many mornings. It was beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked. You can find everything you need to cook. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Ski Haus, 7 adults and 5 kids (10 skiers). The property was clean, well furnished, pretty good location for skiing. If you’re looking for ski in/out then this is doable, but be warned that it’s a decent hike over to the lifts/gondola. Skiing in is excellent if you’re a decent skier as the hill off the main trail is a little steep for some people. The house itself was spacious for all of us and comfortable. The layout is interesting, but not necessarily bad, just different. Private hot tub is always a plus :) I had to text in a couple of questions during our stay and the host company was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful experience. Our trip was a get away with three generations of family members and our lab. The property management company and in particular, Margaret, provided constant clear communication for everything we needed to know. Check in was easy, the house was spotless, all the essentials available with clear detail on use. Located in an awesome spot, close to Winter Park, the ski mountain and nature. I especially appreciated the owner's taste in decor. Very cool! Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for the ability to house a large family and/or pet friendly accommodations wanting to enjoy the Winter Park experience.

We had an amazing trip skiing Winter Park. The Winter Park Ski Haus was incredible! This house is just gorgeous, with 5 bedrooms on two different floors it made it the perfect place for us to stay. We have two families of 4, a few nieces and nephews and a pup stay with us, and we all had plenty of room. Everyone had their own space to sleep, and we all gathered in the main living areas. The Kitchen and dining room area are great, and we spent a bunch of time there. We planned meals and used the kitchen every day, it is stocked well and is very functional. Whenever we were back at the house, we were plays games at the huge dining room table, it was great to see the kids put away their electronics and reconnect with cousins and friends. We had the fireplace heating the space and had snow gently falling most nights giving us an amazing atmosphere. The hot tub was a great bonus for us, relaxing in the hot tub after skiing with snow gently falling was a great treat for us. The views from the deck and hot tub are just beautiful. Several of us had to work for a few hours each day and internet worked well, and the house was large enough to separate and have privacy for calls and meetings. The Winter Park Management company was especially wonderful. They checked in daily with us and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Being able to text them to ask question about the house was great, they even helped with dining suggestions on hill and where to order pizza from. Bravo! The combination of the wonderful house and the incredible customer service will bring us back next year. Thank you for taking care of us and making our experience wonderful! See you next year. Chris

The property was beautiful and served us well for a family get-away for summer vacation filled with riding, hiking, exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and fly fishing. We can envision a great ski family reunion, too. The house has 5 bedrooms to accommodate lots of people and the kitchen was incredibly well appointed! Awesome hot tub too. One thing to be aware of are the passing trains on the nearby train track- only notable with the windows open in the summertime. Excellent location for Winter Park area fun!

The house was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for with a big group. It had everything we needed for a ski group, with a mud room and plenty of hooks to hang up gear. They even had a whole cabinet of board games, playing cards, and dice!

We had a group of 15 friends stay at the Ski Haus this passed weekend. The house is great and had enough room for everyone. The pictures do not do this place justice! Working with the owners was so easy and they were so flexible, giving us an earlier check-in time and even a later check-out time. There is a little walk to the ski slopes but coming back to the house, the trail leads you right to the house. Overall we had a blast and we owe it all to this house!!

The location can’t be beat. True ski in for adults and an easy walk with kids. Bedroom layouts were perfect for four families. The kitchen was well stocked with a fridge meant to hold enough for large groups. Entertaining the kids was easy with well stocked supply of games and TV with Netflix guest profile. Celebrated family thanksgiving and Christmas. The location was great, being at the base of winter park. Getting into town was a short drive. The mud room entrance setup is great for coming in and getting cleaned up before entering the house proper. Yeah, the train tracks are really close, but I heard it maybe once when sleeping. They don’t come by very often so it was definitely not a big deal. Plus the kids loved getting to see one so close as it rode by. Owners were easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. Hot tub was awesome, especially when it was snowing. Would definitely recommend and will possibly be back if taking a larger group again. Thank you!

We had a group of 11 for ski vacation, the house worked great. Good size and flow from kitchen, huge dining table and living room. All bedrooms have bathrooms which is very handy. Photos in VRBO do not do justice to the great views. This house is about as close to the mountain as any other at Winter Park. The ski in is easy but must cross railroad track, the walk out is either down to the shuttle or across the tracks and about 300 yards to lower lift a bit further to main lift. There is an owner unit attached to one side of the house, the owners came one weekend but we didn't notice them until we saw him maintaining the hot tub. One of the jets stopped working in the hot tub, but the owner had it repaired within 2 days. One suggestion: Make hose available to fill hot tub as water is lost from overflow and typical use. Great stay, will definitely consider staying here again next time we are in Winter Park. Thanks Jay and family

Kathy and Jay have a really special place and made our stay so enjoyable! The place was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable. All 16 of us had a warm cozy bed and there are charming little fireplaces in the two lower level bedrooms. We had a the best time celebrating my 30th birthday in a place that is so close to my heart. We enjoyed all the amenities Winter Park has to offer that we as a family have been enjoying since I was born. Night tubing at Fraser Hill (only 7 minutes away from the cabin), skiing Winter Park (cabin located at the base) and snowmobiling up to timberline with Grand Adventures (only 5 minutes from the cabin). Our group ranged in ages from 9 to 90 and everyone had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place! We can't wait to come back!

Very clean and well kept. The Haus was as described and depicted in its photos. Great location in that it's a short walk to the village. We took advantage of that proximity, enjoyed some hikes, and also enjoyed the hot tub and grill. Perfect spot to enjoy the mid-September Aspen season. We just spent 5 days in WP at Ski Haus and it was grand!! The house was perfect for our group. 3 familes 6 Adults and 6 kids ages 6-13. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. Towels and linens were nice. Beds comfy! So nice having so many bathrooms. The set up of the house is perfectly roomy and we never felt squished. Highyly reccomend this house!

Ski Haus was a perfect place for our family get together in Winter Park. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable retreat - well equipped kitchen, en suite bathrooms, plenty of beds, games, hot tub, etc. Location is great as it is only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the resort and there are several hiking/biking trails close by. We were a group of four couples and three children (11) and the house was perfect for us! We loved that we could all share meals at the same table (and we always had an additional two people joining us). The living space was very comfortable even with three 6 year olds running around. We enjoyed having a big hot tub and grill. The owner was super responsive both throughout our planning and when we arrived. The shuttle doesn't run during the week but it is an easy walk to the lifts. Sign up quickly and enjoy your stay!

This house was wonderful! We enjoyed an amazing weekend skiing and riding fresh powder and coming home to relax at this beautiful house. Jay is very responsive and nice to work with. The house itself had everything we needed and then some. We had a group of 17, so we had a packed place, but never felt like we were living on top of one another. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals for all 17 as well! The hot tub was nice, but we used it a lot the first few nights (multiple groups as they came off the mountain) and became dirty quickly. We found that the house is more walk in/walk out vs ski in/walk out, but we made it work for our group. We had some new skiers/riders and some who have been coming for years and this place really accommodated for all of our needs. Would definitely book here again. Thank you Jay and Kathy!

This house is within walking distance to the Gemini Chair lift, however you have to cross the railroad tracks and walk down an access road, but the walk is short. We walked it every day. Hand carry ski boots to lodge though and leave bags inside the cafeteria. The house has everything you would need for a home away from home. Hot tub was wonderful to sit in after skiing. Bedrooms are laid out nice. Open kitchen layout that flows into the dining room that flows into the living space. We had 11 people (4 adults and 3 girls). When friends visited we had 15 people and had plenty of space. There is a train that runs daily a few times each day but not disturbing at all; it was kind of cool during the day to see run by. Does not run at night very often at all. Washer & Dryer was great to have onsite and the owners provide detergent which is a bonus. This house does not go without and has everything you would have in your own home.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The location, amenities and views were fabulous. It was cozy, well-stocked and appropriate for out large group of 12. Plenty of space for sleeping, eating and relaxing after some great skiing at Winter Park. The owners Kathy and Jay were responsive immediately to answer questions or address concerns. My bricked and nephews said it was their best holiday ever and that's saying something since they've lived overseas and been world travelers since they were tots. We'll definitely be back!

I was lucky enough to stay at this property for the a weekend with some friends. Let me just say that the property is exactly how it is described, and I was pleasantly surprised with the views from the dinning room table for breakfast every morning. The beds were comfortable and I loved the comforter on my bed. I slept better than I usually do at altitude. I was in one of the bottom floor bedrooms which was a little cooler than the upstairs rooms and that was perfect for me. Skiing from here is easy. You have to walk 100yds to the nearest lift, which is probably the same distance that I have walked from where the shuttle drops you off. But the best part is you can ski all the way back to the house (I did this several times). This house is set up perfectly for several families, or one big extended family with everyone having their own bathroom. The Dinning room table only seats 14 though so you may have to have the kids at the breakfast bar or something if you go for the full 17 people. Hot tub was clean and hot and was a great place to have a morning coffee with the view of the mountains. The kitchen is well outfitted. We weren't sure what it would have so we didn't get to crazy with our meals but next time we will be looking forward to getting a little more creative in the kitchen. Lastly the house has all this custom medal work in it for all the hooks for coats, the fire place, and some of the furniture. Its not often that you find the personal touches in places like this and it made it feel a little more like home to me. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this amazing property over Thanksgiving. So impressive!!! The house was very well appointed-especially the kitchen. We cooked every meal there and did not want for anything. I had inquired about 2 high chairs and lo and behold, a 2nd high chair (brand new) was waiting for us on our arrival. We had 6 adults and 7 children and we all had ample space to spread out. The kitchen table sat all of us for Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was amazing after everyone came back from the slopes. The views are phenomenal. We will return for sure next year and are hoping to get in another trip this spring. This is a 5 star house!!!

We had a great stay with our family and friends. The place comfortably fit a large group of people. Winter Park Lodging Company was great in helping us choose the perfect place. They did a wonderful job and we were very happy with our decision. A very unique place that I would recommend to everyone.

Awesome and uniquely decorated house. Very close to the slopes. The mudroom was awesome for coming in from the snow after skiing. Fit everyone comfortably. We loved the huge dining room table for dinners. Cant forget the hot tub and disco lights!

Great stay from start to finish. The home was spacious and had great views. Winter Park Lodging Company was on point with their customer service--they even called us the day we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for more!
