Only a short 2 blocks distance from restaurants, shops and nightlife, you have all the essentials for a relaxing escape from the busy city life. Whether you prefer hitting the Winter Park Resort slopes, just 5 minutes away or unwinding in the heated indoor pool on-site, the options are plentiful. A complimentary town shuttle stops at Beaver Village Condominiums on its route to the Ski Resort and downtown areas.

The clubhouse offers a range of amenities including indoor pool and hot tubs, paid laundry facilities, sauna, free Wi-Fi access, a lounge area with TV and a gas fireplace. Operating hours for the clubhouse hours vary throughout the year - please refer to your vacation rental portal for specifics.
