The home will sleep up to 12 and has a wonderful cabin feel as it is located on a secluded, wooded acre with great views of the continental divide, deer, elk, and even moose are often seen browsing through the neighborhood and only five miles from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort, two miles from downtown Winter Park and on the free town shuttle route.
Come and enjoy this comfortable High Mountain Retreat minutes away from Winter Park Resort in the town of Fraser Colorado! This beautiful mountain vacation home has 3,100 square feet of updated living space and a floor plan that is ideal for large families and groups; three floors, 4 master suites, 5 bathrooms, a moss-rock wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, laundry facilities, two well-equipped kitchens, two private decks and a large back yard for outdoor fun.
An open floor plan on the main level has large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious living room to create a bright and warm living space. Relax on the large leather sectional to enjoy the fireplace, movies, games or your favorite TV shows or reading with WIFI access. The dining area separates the living and kitchen areas, offering plenty of seating at the huge table during mealtimes with additional spots at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen has tiled flooring, new counter tops, custom wood cabinets and new appliances.
Overall sleeping arrangements include two master bedroom suites with king-size beds, and two additional master suites each with a queen bed and a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds (2 Twin bunk beds and 1 captain's bunk bed with a full-size on the bottom and twin on top) all with extras that include flannel sheets for winter stays and cozy bedding for the rest of the year.
The second living room is on the lower level offers a great spot to recreate – kitchenette to make snacks, pizza, keep drinks cold and a full size pool table with TV. This level also has the queen master suite with full bathroom and the washer and dryer.

Amazing stay for a family of 13!

This house was absolutely fantastic for our large family of 13. There was plenty to do in the house for the kids and adults. The only thing I wish was different was the amount of kitchen hand towels in the home as well as trash bags. Being a family of 13, we wash a lot of dishes and accumulate a lot of trash. There were 2 hand towels and 4 trash bags. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely stay in this beautiful home again. There was plenty of space for us all and an amazing amount of bathrooms. If you need a huge house for a large group where everyone will have their own space, this is the house for you. The host is quick to respond and was able to help with anything we needed assistance with.

No surprises.

This property was plenty big and had lots of bathrooms. The family area has a great couch to gather and sit on to watch movies, sports etc and the pool table in the basement was great plus. My two complaints are that one of the main bedrooms can only be accessed through the bunk room which meant my husband and I had to walk through the kids room in the morning to get upstairs. Not a big big deal but not ideal. In addition- we have stayed at many properties in the area over the last many years at this price point. The kitchen in this unit needs some TLC and while the rest of the house measures up to the other homes we have stayed at the kitchen falls short. Upgrades were done in most (if not all) of the bathrooms and I believe a kitchen update is needed as well to stay at this price point.

This house was very spacious

This house was great for our big family. A few misses with the management company - being a little cranky at the office. But overall they were responsive. This house isn’t anything super fancy but it has the space and a cool treehouse vibe, and some toys for the kids.

This is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in

There were plenty of places to sleep, and great areas to relax and let loose with some boardgames or a game of pool. The amenities were fantastic; the house was stocked full of everything we needed from bathroom supplies to kitchen supplies. I will definitely return to this location in the future! Highly recommend this house for family gatherings or gatherings with friends.

Great place

This is a great place, especially for large groups. Kitchen is well-stocked. Each bedroom comes with its own bath, which was great. Bathrooms were modern and updated. Short drive to the slopes and close to shopping. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, with an outdoor area that is perfect for pets. Highly recommend!

Great place. Seems to be part of a community with a central clubhouse which has the common laundry and hot tub and pool. Great location with Safeway and restaurants just a few mins away.

We’ll set up for families

We had three families with six adults and six children, ages five and under. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, plus the upstairs master and basement master. Our vacation was great! We were able to enjoy the towns amenities like the YMCA where we were able to take our children horseback riding and we played miniature golf. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, and we had plenty of room for everyone.

Great getaway

Clean, well stocked house on a nice property. Plenty of bedrooms for our four kids and friend. They loved the bunk room. Great living room with huge couch. Big dining room table for all of us to sit and eat together. This property is Just far away enough away from neighbors to feel like we had some privacy. I misread the email and got lost and didn’t get pick up the key like I should have. Carlos, at the front desk, was very helpful and patient with me. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue was that there was no room for trash in the dumpster outside so we had to keep it inside. I don’t think that was the property’s fault though. Apparently they share the dumpster and someone came and filled it one of the days we were there.
