Unit #101 can sleep between 8-9 people in the 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3 bathrooms on three interior levels and is a non smoking and no pet allowed rental.
The upper third floor of the unit has one of the master bedroom suites with a Queen bed and access to the main hallway bathroom.
The second bedroom on this level has 3 twin beds and the full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway. A bonus amenity of the unit, is the full size washer and dryer in the upper level hallway.
The main floor of the unit has an open floor plan encompassing the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room, flat screen TV, DVD player, access to a private deck with mountain views. The gas fireplace is set in the corner of the living room area and also provides a small alcove with a desk for use of the hi-speed internet.
The main dining area has hardwood flooring, large wood table and seating for everyone during meal time. You can also access the back private deck that overlooks that property grounds. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has newer appliances, wood cabinets and lovely counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots and pans so meal preparation and serving will be a breeze.
The second master suite is on the main floor with a Queen bed and full bathroom.
The lower level of unit has the main entrance with lovely tile slate flooring with plenty of space for storage of all your coats and boots. From the entry way, you can access the 2 car heated garage and the fourth bedroom.
The fourth bedroom is a small den with sofa sleeper for1-2 guests (ideally 1 adult or 2 young children), full bathroom with enclosed shower and access to private patio with outdoor hot tub.

"NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Sawmill Station Townhomes do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property."
